From 1997 till 2001 Charity Know How (CKH) worked in partnership with WAD and Bulgarian Charity Know How Foundation on program "Learning, Success, Change". WAD provided administrative services to the program till December 2001.
The Bulgarian CKH team founded in 2001 a new organization - Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation (WCIF) which is now working on the program together with the British NGO Alavida (till 2001 known as CKH)

"Learning, Success, Change" Programme - is a training programme which main aim is to give an opportunity to marginalised groups and individuals to participate actively in the local community life. It grants support for the sustainable development of local NGOs and civic leaders, who are stimulated to apply new approaches, to provide specialised services and to encourage the social integration.

Short history 1997- a pilot program was developed in order to support 31 organizations with training and financial support for small communities projects. 1998 - started a 13 months program for Sofia region. Twelf organizations took part in 4 training modules and received small grants for their practical projects. 2000 - started a 3 year program for capacity building of NGOs in three big regions of the country - Haskovo, Russe and Varna.
