Co-operating Netherlands Foundations for Central and Eastern Europe are non-governmental group of five organizations. These are: The main aim of their join program is to support the process of social transformations in the transition countries, through grant making for different activities of local NGOs working with people in unequal social position.

In the last seven years WAD Foundation administrated the program of Co-operating Netherlands Foundations in Bulgaria. Since this period was supported 105 projects in total amount of 2 346 000 euros. In 2004 was considered 77 project and 28 of them was supported with total amount of 353 215 euros.
